Senegal Specialty Contracting

Senegal refuses to honor their warranty. We built a house in 2009. The waterproofed our basement. They provided a warranty, but refuse to fix our basement now that we are having problems with leaking. The owner Gary sent a sales rep to our home named Tod. Tod tried to tell us that Senegal was not the company that poured our foundation and tried to charge us between 500-800 dollars to drill into our basement floor to diagnose our problem. When our builder confirmed that Senegal was liable for the warranty on the basement, Gary gave us the run around and refused to even look at the pictures that my husband sent to him, let line come out to our home to evaluate the problem. Gary refused to honor the warranty and was very rude to my husband on the phone. DO NOT HAVE SENEGAL POOR YOUR FOUNDATION OR WATERPROOF YOUR BASEMENT! THEIR WORK IS TERRIBLE AND THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!
